Welcome to the newest version of RedwoodCurtian.com!

The site’s been under development for a couple months and I’m excited that it’s making it debut just in time for the upcoming production of Fiction, which debuts on Friday August 7.

Redwood Curtain has  been through a few website designs since 1999 and this is, by far, the best yet. It’s been a privilege for me to produce the site for the theatre even though I left Humboldt County in 1998 when Redwood Curtain was still in the conceptual stages. I’m in New York City now and am surrounded by all kinds of theatre and it’s great to watch Redwood Curtain continue to  bring the highest quality theatre to the residents and visitors of Humboldt.

Whether you’re a regular visitor to this site, or a first timer, I hope you find everything you need to know. Beyond telling you what the current or upcoming show is, you can find out how to get involved with the theatre and you can check out the show archive to see what you may have missed over the years. I’m particularly pleased with how this section looks now and hope you enjoy the trip through Redwood Curtain’s history.  There’s also this new blog where you can hear about the behind the scenes goings on. Clint, Peggy along with Redwood Curtain’s actors, directors and crew will be able to post about various aspects of creating the shows and running the theatre. I plan on being a regular reader and hope you do to.
