This five-time Tony-nominated Broadway hit focuses on the friendship that develops between two lonely urbanites who share a passion for Mae West. Jo, an aspiring actress, and Charlie, a film archivist, form a warm and fond relationship after meeting at their idol’s gravesite. As the pair relates their experiences, flashbacks reveal Mae West’s life and career, from her early days in vaudeville to her movie career as an outrageous sex symbol. This play with music is exciting artists and audiences alike all over the country this season. NOTE: This show contains bawdy themes. Parental guidance suggested.
