Redwood Curtain kicks off 2004 with Big Love by Charles Mee. In this modern, madly physical, vaudevillian update of an ancient Greek tale, 50 sisters have been betrothed to their 50 cousins. Fleeing the impending wedding, they arrive at a luxurious Italian villa seeking asylum. When the grooms arrive in hot pursuit, and the brides begin to disagree on whether the nuptials should proceed, what follows is a wildly entertaining, raucous celebration of love and marriage.
